About the Company In Porcelana Corona de México we are looking for a Human Resources Facilitator, with solid experience in labor relations, to strengthen our Human Resource Management processes and contribute to an efficient and human work environment. About the Role A Human Resources Facilitator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and processes of the Human Resource Management area, as well as managing employee benefits and services. Responsibilities Ensure the fulfillment of policies and processes related to the Human Resource Management area, including but not limited to: • Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees; • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures; • Providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters; • Maintaining accurate records and reports of employee data; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Participating in the development and implementation of organizational goals and objectives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
