HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to contribute to attracting, developing, and supporting the organization's talent, acting as a strategic partner for leaders and collaborators. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, personnel administration, and labor relations processes, ensuring an excellent employee experience and compliance with labor policies and legislation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes from beginning to end for operational and administrative positions.
• Provide advice and support to leaders and collaborators on HR and labor relations matters.
• Coordinate hiring processes, onboarding, personnel file administration, and personnel movements.
• Follow up on incidents, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Analyze HR indicators and propose actions to improve talent attraction, retention, and experience.
• Participate in training, development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, inclusion, and compliance in all area activities.

Profile Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
• Conversational English.
• +1 year of experience as a Generalist or similar roles in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
