Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist. Knowledge in recruitment and personnel selection. Experience in labor relations and employee support. Practical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS. Proficient in competency-based interviews and hiring processes. Negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills. Main responsibilities: Execute recruitment and personnel selection processes. Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process for new employees. Follow up on incidents related to disabilities, leaves of absence, and employee support. Provide support in labor relations and termination processes, in coordination with the relevant areas. Contribute to strengthening the work environment and organizational culture. Track turnover and vacancy coverage indicators. Address the Human Resources needs of three work centers.
