Human Resources Generalist

Objective:

This position is responsible for carrying out general HR activities such as: Training, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Administration, and Communication. Having a relevant focus on Organizational Development functions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and delivering courses to staff.
• Keep physical files and the human resources system up to date.
• Responsible for the selection, hiring, and onboarding of administrative employees.
• Disseminates, applies, and, if necessary, proposes adjustments to company policies, benefits, practices, procedures, programs, and regulations.
• Responsible for organizational communication within the company, developing channels and generating content aligned with company values.
• Administration of the internship program, from hiring, follow-up, and talent development.
• Conducts voluntary and involuntary personnel termination processes.
• Actively supports internal corporate events such as year-end parties, Mother's Day, Children's Day, Father's Day.
• Provides effective guidance and counsel to staff in general.
• Support in 360° evaluation processes, engagement, objectives, performance evaluation, and talent calibration.
• May be responsible for special projects related to other functional areas.

Experience:

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Especially having performed functions in Recruitment and Selection, Training, Communication, and Personnel Administration.
• English: Conversational (essential)
