Generalist in Logistics & Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Processing of import and export shipments (EU and third countries, including China, Switzerland, USA), including customs documents, Incoterms, and freight forwarder coordination

• Calculation of country of origin and preference calculations, as well as customs tariffing (HS codes) of our components

• Operational warehouse logistics: goods receipt, picking, and dispatch of components to our construction sites and customers

• Coordination & disposition of material flows (dropshipping, warehouse dispatch, spare parts)

• Maintenance of logistics-relevant master data and processes in our ERP system (Odoo)

• Support for adjacent areas — e.g., purchasing, order processing, or warehouse — wherever hands are needed

• Professional experience in logistics, customs, or freight forwarding — whether through training or studies, we don't care. What counts is what you can do

• Doer mentality: You want to shape and build, but don't identify yourself by title — operational work is a matter of course for you

• Generalist with a logistics focus: You think beyond your area and are willing to step in elsewhere

• Hands-on, structured, self-reliant — you don't wait for instructions

• Languages: German fluent, English good
