• You will lead the agency with entrepreneurial spirit and responsibility for results and represent R+V in the region.
• With sales know-how and consulting expertise, you will systematically win new customers.
• You ensure agency structure that guarantees optimal processes and ensures continuous growth.
• You manage personnel and sales processes, recruit and further develop staff.

Best positioned: Your profile

• Insurance specialist IHK (m/f/d) or comparable qualification (basic requirement)
• Several years of sales experience in the insurance sector, ideally in corporate and composite business
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Desire for further development
• Confident and persuasive demeanor
• Leadership experience is an advantage
