General Services Assistant

The Belmond Copacabana Palace hotel is looking for a General Services Assistant who will be responsible for performing cleaning and conservation services for internal and external areas, ensuring the satisfaction of guests, clients, and colleagues.

• Care for all work equipment, keeping them clean and in their proper places.
• Provide quality services and teamwork, meeting guest and company expectations.
• Polish furniture, sweep floors, wax floors, wash windows, replace hand towels in bathrooms, vacuum carpets, clean walls, etc.
• Cooperate with colleagues, helping them when needed to complete other tasks in the sector, ensuring team work.
• Report unusual circumstances and always consult if unsure.
• Deliver any found objects to Governance.

Requirements

• Completed high school education.
• Deseable knowledge in conservation and cleaning of companies.
