Psychologist (Fully Registered) | Community & Clinic | Penrith, Sydney NSW Location: Penrith, Western Sydney NSW Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 Super (dependent on experience) About the Role HealthcareLink is partnering with a well-established allied health provider seeking a Fully Registered Psychologist to join their growing team in Penrith, Western Sydney . This role offers a combination of community-based, telehealth and clinic-based services , supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services, including assessments, interventions, and consultations, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote positive mental health outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing individualized treatment plans • Providing evidence-based interventions and therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans • Participating in case conferences and contributing to the development of care plans • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and participating in professional development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (or related field) • Full Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) • Experience working in a community-based, telehealth, or clinic-based setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Commitment to providing high-quality psychological services that are culturally sensitive and tailored to individual needs.
