General Practitioner – Supervisor - Coastal Bundaberg, Queensland.

Employment Type: Permanent – Full-Time.

These sister practices are well-established, mixed clinics located in the heart of coastal Bundaberg. Beloging to a large group of practices, you’ll benefit from internal GP networks, group-wide education support, and end-to-end business services. Both clinics offer full-time nursing support, chronic disease programs, on-site pathology, and strong allied health partnerships—allowing you to focus on patient care and registrar mentorship without administrative pressure.

Scope of Practice Includes:

Supervising registrars under the PEP Specialist Stream, AGPT or FSP pathways
Chronic disease management (GPMPs/TCAs)
Preventative health, women’s and men’s health
Minor procedures (within your scope)
Paediatrics
Mental health care plans and care coordination
Telehealth services and aftercare continuity

This Practice is Seeking a GP with:

AHPRA Specialist Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM)
RACGP/ACRRM Supervisor Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interest in education and mentorship
Commitment to team-based, community-focused care
Supervisors will be supported by an experienced onboarding and registrar support team, including assistance with RACGP compliance and registrar integration.
