Our mission is to connect with General Practitioners from GPEP2 through to experienced Fellows who are seeking workplaces that invest in their development, value autonomy, and offer pathways to genuinely rewarding long-term careers. We partner with practices that provide excellent clinical support, diverse patient populations, and environments where you can grow your clinical interests and shape the way you practise medicine.
We are currently recruiting for three key GP opportunities across Canterbury and the South Island:
• Canterbury – Senior Fellow / Medical Director Pathway
A rare chance to step into a senior leadership position with long-term growth potential. Equity share available after six months for the right person, alongside professional development support and a sign-on bonus.
• Mid–South Canterbury – GPEP3+
Two supportive practices with Fellows on site, offering 0.6–0.8 FTE options. Attractive relocation assistance, accommodation support, and transport help make this a smooth move for those open to a lifestyle change.
• Central Christchurch – GPEP2+
Join a well-established, stable team with Fellow support. Opportunity to work with a local aged care facility and broaden your clinical scope within a collaborative, community-focused practice.
About You
• Current MCNZ APC (or eligibility for registration)
• Strong communication and commitment to community care
• Ability to work confidently with diverse patient groups
