General Practitioner

We are looking for a GP to join a team that strive to deliver high-quality, holistic primary care to a distinctive student community. You will provide patient-centred consultations, support preventative health and wellbeing, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive coordinated, wrap-around care. Key responsibilities Manage a broad range of primary care presentations Work collaboratively with nursing, allied health, mental health, administrative, and wider supporting services to deliver high-quality patient care Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals Provide patient-centred consultations that take into account the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients Support preventative health and wellbeing initiatives, including health promotion, disease prevention, and early intervention Identify and address health inequalities and promote health equity Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient Provide education and support to patients on self-management strategies and healthy lifestyle choices Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive coordinated, wrap-around care
