Job description

Join a welcoming clinic providing essential care to the local community. Offering a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment with professionals from diverse backgrounds, such as specialist community care, women’s health, surgery, mental health and more.
  • Flexible start and finish times, ideally a minimum of 3 days
  • Mix of in-person, phone, and video consults
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on preventive care
  • Supportive, experienced team, lots of room to grow

The clinic runs an acute stream daily (phone triage), and you will have access to other great services on the Island, such as home support, allied health, xray, palliative care, ultrasound, speech and language therapists and more.

About you
  • FRNZCGP (Fellow of the Royal NZ College of GPs) or someone working toward Fellowship, or a registered Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
  • Personable and able to collaborate affectively with a broad team
  • Passionate about integrated, patient centred care
