L'HAD is adapted to different types of patients (adults or children), and to different forms of care: oncology, cardiovascular, infectious diseases, neurology, post-surgery, medicine, or rehabilitation.

Rattaché au directeur de l'établissement, the General Practitioner h-f has for main missions:

• Apporting expertise to all phases of patient care in HAD (pre-admission, follow-up and discharge),
• Assuring optimization of personalized care project and its realization in concertation with hospital colleagues and town doctors,
• Assuring completeness and quality of medical information produced and transmission to different actors (health professionals, guardians, PMSI),
• Participating in medical duties on weekdays and WE,
• Participating in continuous improvement of care quality, performance, and certification by HAS,
• Participating actively in HAD growth by developing partnerships with colleagues from MCO, SSR, social medicine establishments... and proposing innovative solutions,
• Assisting the direction in these works: strategic orientations, establishment project, quality and risk management...

Délégations on other sites during absence of practicing doctors in HAD. Medical team: 1 general practitioner, 7 IDEC, nurses, 1 psychologist, 1 social worker, medical secretary.

Convention collective national de l'hospitalisation privée Vehicle for function, PC Portable, smartphone. Attractive work environment and conditions - Possibility of having a day in telework - 15 to 16 RTT per year.

Docteur en Médecine, Generaliste h-f, inscribed at the council of the order of doctors in France, you have experience in hospital sector (internal medicine, geriatrics, emergencies...). A DU or experience in Palliative Care, wound healing, pain, oncology and hematology would be appreciated. Dynamic, rigorous and entrepreneur, you have a sense of organization, team spirit and want to invest within an establishment in full development, looking towards the future.
