Your main missions:

• Ensure medical care for residents at the Specialized Home.

• Coordinate care and establish necessary prescriptions,

• Ensure rigorous follow-up on medical files,

• Support and actively develop partnerships with local actors,

• Participate, in collaboration with management, in the development and implementation of projects for the establishment.

Advantages:

• Possibility of working a full day or 2 half-days per week. Post at 20%
