About the Practice

- RNZCGP accredited & AEWV approved
- Newly established in 2024 with a diverse group of approximately 3,200 enrolled patients, aiming to grow to 5,000
- Multidisciplinary model including GP, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Prescriber, Registered Nurse, HIP, Health Coach, HCA, and administrative staff
- Collaborative culture — patients experience a true team-based, shared-care approach
- Modern, renovated facility with contemporary fittings and equipment
- Indici PMS and patient portal, with some clinicians independently using Heidi
- Pharmacy, dental, and other allied/wellness providers located on-site for easy collaboration
- Dedicated and large consult room available from January
- 3-4 days p/w week with customizable template
- Minimal on-call requirements, shared across the clinical team
- Broad, true generalist scope — from acute presentations to chronic care
- Opportunity to contribute to growth, systems, and ongoing practice development
- GP and Nurse Practitioner consultations for all ages
- Chronic condition management and long-term care planning
- Preventive health checks and screening (cervical smears, cardiovascular, diabetes, etc.)
- Immunisations and travel vaccinations
- Minor surgery and skin procedures
- ACC injury management and medical certifications (driver, employment, insurance)
- Men’s, women’s, and family health services
- Mental health and wellbeing support
- Nurse-led clinics and medication reviews
- Referrals to allied and community health services
- Collegial, compassionate, and team-focused
- Confident working with diverse and multicultural communities
- Additional language fluency would be highly advantageous
- Interested in establishing long-term roots and supporting future succession planning
