General Practitioner

This medical centre requires a motivated and compassionate General Practitioner to join a diverse healthcare team on a permanent basis with flexibility of days and hours or work. Options are available for less or more hours.
This could be a role worked over 7 days - Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm which gives you flexibility.
You will work within a leading primary health organisation in the Kapiti region who offer GP services and urgent care with a supportive team of other GP's, Registered Nurses and clinical professionals.

What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare to a diverse patient base, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
• Build strong relationships with patients, their whānau, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using MedTech or Evolution software.

What you will have:

• Registration with Medical Council as a RNZCGP with current practicing certificate
• Strong clinical and service skills, with the ability to provide care across a range of community needs.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues effectively.
• Computer literacy, with experience in MedTech.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
