In a caring environment of post-acute care, you will ensure the complete medical care of patients. - Diagnose and establish treatment plans for patients. - Monitor the clinical evolution of patients during their stay. - Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams at the establishment. - Participate in synthesis meetings and develop therapeutic projects. - Ensure a rigorous administrative and medical follow-up of patient files. Here are the conditions offered for this position: - Contract: CDD - Duration: 12 hours - Salary: €58 per hour
