What valuable responsibilities await the General Practitioner (F/H) in an elderly care establishment?

• Evaluate regularly the health status of residents and identify their specific medical needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Coordinate external consultations and necessary medical interventions
• Counsel and inform residents and their families about health issues
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings at the establishment

This is what our client proposes: Replacement from September 15th to January 30th, 2026 (Full-time or part-time possible). Hours: 9am-5pm (7 hours). Conditions:

• Remuneration between €70,146.98 and €107,752.59 per year, depending on experience and specialization
• Possibility of accommodation even for families in a newly renovated studio apartment
• No transportation expenses covered

The mission of the USLD is to welcome people over 60 years old with chronic pathologies causing significant physical, psychological, and cognitive disabilities. The USLD Les Arbousiers has a capacity of 80 beds. The establishment includes a specific care unit for Alzheimer's disease and related conditions that occupies an entire floor of 40 beds, including a protected sector of 19 beds dedicated to mobile people, and 21 open-sector beds.

The ideal candidate for the General Practitioner (F/H) position will demonstrate the ability to respond to the medical needs of elderly residents.

• State Doctorate in Medicine required
• Sensitivity and empathy towards elderly people essential
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
• Mastery of medical protocols and care procedures essential
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team in a medical environment
