An established, high-demand medical centre located in metro Melbourne's south-east is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join their team. This is a prime opportunity for GPs who want to hit the ground running, with fully booked schedules from day one, strong income potential, and full nursing and administrative support.

• 70% of billings
• Up to $200 per hour guarantee for 3 to 6 months depending on candidate fit
• Immediate patient base with full books from day one
• Flexible working arrangements with support for work-life balance
• Ten-minute appointments enabling high throughput and efficiency
• Full nursing support and on-site allied health

• Clinic open weekends and extended hours from 9am to 9pm
• Current team includes supervised non-VR doctors with strong demand for additional GPs
• Average earnings estimated at $290 per hour for five patients per hour

• Non-DPA location but eligible for 19AB exemption due to medical student training affiliation
