General Operator

ETJCA SPA, a branch of Crema, is seeking a general operator for an industrial client operating in the metal-mechanical sector near Treviglio (BG). The resources will be inserted from November onwards within the production department and will be responsible for:

- Monitoring furnaces and material pours

- Moving and managing conveyor belts

Requirements:

- Good knowledge and understanding of the Italian language

- Possession of a general safety certificate

- Availability to work on a continuous cycle

The offer includes:

- Direct entry into the company with a 6-month fixed-term contract aimed at hiring, or direct hire for an indefinite period

- Concrete opportunities for growth up to team leader or squad leader roles
