General Manager

A leading manufacturer of mobile ablution facilities in Blackheath, Cape Town, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on leader to manage teams, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth running of the business. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational reporting.
• Drive business growth through process improvements, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior operations leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and implement effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of financial management, operational planning, and process optimization.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and quality.
