Description of the post:

• Establish annual business development plans in collaboration with headquarters.
• Promote and share strategic orientations, positioning, and values of the rotisserie to employees.
• Manage budget planning and financial situation of the rotisserie.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of experience at St-Hubert and implement means that focus on employee empowerment.
• Establish communication mechanisms for all staff and animate certain meetings.
• Manage performance appreciation program.
• Foster internal development of future leaders.
• Implement necessary measures to optimize employee loyalty.
• Select and train team management members.
• Ensure implementation of national, regional, and local marketing programs.
• Manage quality, service, and cleanliness of the rotisserie.
• Represent the rotisserie and network with population and various business associations.
• Vehiculate, through your attitude, principles of integrity and professionalism of St-Hubert.
