• Supervising the management team and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
• Managing the company's budget and resources to ensure profitability and sustainability of operations.
• Identifying opportunities for business expansion and developing strategic partnerships.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards in renewable energy.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar position in the renewable energy industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to make strategic decisions and resolve operational problems.
• Solid knowledge of technologies and trends in the renewable energy field.
• Higher education in engineering, management, or equivalent.
