HIRING | GM – PRODUCTION
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 18+ Years
Industry: Jewellery
Qualification: Mechanical Engineer / Operations
CTC: ₹50 LPA + Incentives
We are looking for a GM – Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a luxury jewellery manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production planning and end-to-end plant operations.
- Drive productivity, profitability, quality and on-time delivery.
- Manage manpower, inventory, procurement and production costs.
- Drive loss control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards.
- Handle technical challenges, labour/IR and large production teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
Ideal Candidate
- 18+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing / luxury fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, diamonds and jewellery products.
- Technical background with strong plant operations experience.
- Proven expertise in manpower management, labour/IR and team leadership.
- Strong commercial and operational understanding.
