The role reports directly to regional management and will work in close collaboration with the medical directors and medical teams of our centers.

In this role, you will

• Manage our locations commercially: You will take on P&L responsibility for multiple locations and ensure compliance with PraxisEins quality standards in our facilities.

• Lead teams: You are capable of taking people along and leading them through positive role modeling. It is essential for you to ensure a good working environment for your employees and teams, one that promotes performance through effective communication and collaboration.

• Shape our regional strategy: You will develop regional strategic plans in line with our overarching goals. To do this, you will work closely with our medical teams and management.

• Drive growth through location development: You will identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities in your region early on and implement them.

You will collaborate with

• First-class doctors in the fields of general medicine, internal medicine, pain therapy, and neurology.

• An experienced management team with backgrounds at BCG, McKinsey, Oaktree, Goldman Sachs, among others.

• Our Product and Engineering team, with whom you will drive the further development of our software solutions.

Your profile will impress with

• Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g., in strategic consulting (McKinsey, BCG or similar), banking, private equity, or similarly fast-paced companies.

• The proven ability to create and communicate business and financial analyses at an executive level. You will create analyses meticulously and with attention to detail.

• Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to take on great responsibility and independently drive problem-solving.

• The motivation to make a positive impact in healthcare and to lead employees.

• Strong organizational and process management skills.

• Fluent German and English skills (min. level C1).

• The willingness to achieve results and to develop yourself in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility.

• Willingness to travel: The role requires at least 2 days per week presence at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main. The remaining days will be spent at our locations in the field.
