Collaborate closely with the Product team to develop go-to-market plans that align with business objectives. Manage and motivate a high-performing team of marketers to achieve exceptional results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing capabilities. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and programmatic advertising. Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and market trends. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
