Job Description
• Define and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and meet targets for the unit.
• Define and implement strategies to ensure customer experience, always adhering to service protocols and concepts.
• In conjunction with coordination, manage operational needs of the branch based on previously authorized budgets.
• Ensure correct functioning of infrastructure and installation of the branch.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by caring for their stay in the business unit at all times.
• Ensure customer health through compliance with safety and hygiene standards corresponding to the norms.
• Supervise, develop, and follow up on the performance of positions under your charge.
• Ensure correct operation of food and beverage production areas in your branch, including supply of inputs, optimal personnel, clarity in position, and correct installations.
• Detect and promote development of area leaders in the branch through monitoring indicators, training, and feedback meetings.
• Generate and maintain a healthy work environment based on company values and assessed by labor climate.
• Human Resources management at your disposal: ensuring initial and on-the-job training, correct payment of salaries, hiring, firing, severance packages, uniform reviews.
• Follow-up on the Image and publicity of your branch: Supervising social media, paid photographs, promotions, image audits.
• Ensure cleanliness and order in all areas of your branch, whether for customer use (salon, bathrooms, game room, etc.) or internal use (corridors, storage, service patios, waste areas, kitchen, bar, etc).
• Supervision of branch supplies, validating bar orders, inventory entries and exits, protein count, supplier reception, storage, purchases, and invoicing.
Type of job: Full-time, Indefinite term.
Type of shift: 8-hour shift.
Workplace: On-site employment, New Polanco.
