General Manager Operations

As the General Manager of LCA Automation de México, a wholly owned subsidiary of SHL Advantec AG of Switzerland, you will be responsible to serve the local customer base, grow the business in Mexico and represent SHL Advantec AG in your market. A special focus will be on service and support business, including the SHL production plants in the USA. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and coach his team, maintain and acquire customer contacts, oversee all company processes, the functioning of the entire organization, as well as ensure that the company's goals are achieved. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and expand the business in Mexico. In addition, you will represent SHL Advantec AG in your market and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
