Job description
Scope The Plant Head is responsible for efficient management of the concerned Factory, with overall responsibility for optimum capacity utilization of the plant resulting in achievement of revenue and profitability targets. This includes managing the overall productivity, quality, profitability and people efficiency of the Factory. Maintaining harmonious and conducive work environment, industrial relations and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety, Social and Process compliance are key to this role. The Plant Head will be responsible for ensuring that all activities in the Factory are carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.
