As the leader of our South America Region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan that drives revenue growth, increases market share, and fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders. This includes: • Developing and executing a strategic plan to drive regional growth and profitability, • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local partners, customers, and suppliers, • Leading and managing a team of regional employees, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service professionals, • Collaborating with the global Star Charge leadership team to align regional strategies with company-wide objectives, • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the region, • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
