General Manager (m/f/d)

As General Manager (m/f/d), you will take overall responsibility for our newly opening hotel in Lindau during the pre-opening phase and accompany its successful market launch. Furthermore, even after the opening, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and economic management of the establishment. Your goal: sustainable success and a first-class hotel experience at the highest level.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Overall, economic, and disciplinary management of our hotel LÉGÈRE HOTEL Lindau
• Ensuring smooth processes as well as continuous optimization and monitoring of all hotel areas
• Ensuring impeccable service for hotel guests as well as our restaurant and bar visitors
• Representative of LÉGÈRE HOTEL Lindau and the LÉGÈRE HOTEL GROUP internally and externally
• Ensuring the achievement of defined economic objectives
• Guiding, motivating, and leading employees as a practice and results-oriented role model

You will manage the daily hotel operations with confidence, make clear decisions – and always keep our guests' expectations and our brand values in mind. Then you are a perfect fit for LÉGÈRE.

What we expect:

• Several years of experience in a senior management position in the hotel industry, ideally as General Manager or in a comparable role, with comprehensive responsibility for staff management, operational processes, and economic key figures
• Good knowledge of the internal processes of a hotel operation
• Strong sales-oriented, entrepreneurial, and budget-oriented thinking
• Experience in budget creation and planning as well as in the calculation and control of business key figures
• Knowledge in the areas of Sales and Revenue Management
• Very good knowledge of the hotel industry, especially in the German business hotel sector
• Knowledge of the location Lindau as well as the Lake Constance region is an advantage
