Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hostel operations, including reception, housekeeping, and facilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and local authorities
- At least 1 year of full-time experience in a senior management role in accommodation, hospitality, or hostel operations
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
