As a General Manager - Manufacturing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from design to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in the jewelry industry. • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
