The Opportunity As General Manager, you will lead the growth and development of the Laser Plumbing & Electrical business in New Zealand by creating value for members, suppliers, and Laser. Working across Belron NZ, you’ll strengthen the Laser members model, expand services, and identify new opportunities, all while delivering our Purpose: “Making a Memorable Difference with Care.” A key part of this role will be developing the Laser member model and system to enable growth for both Members and the business. You will work closely with the Belron NZ leadership team to drive strategic initiatives that benefit the entire organization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Laser Plumbing & Electrical in New Zealand, leveraging your skills and experience to make a meaningful impact.
