• Coordinating clinics and internal managers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implementing and monitoring standard procedures, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Organizing monthly training sessions and periodic evaluations for the clinic staff.
• Active involvement in opening new locations, including planning and logistics.
• Optimizing patient experience across all clinics.
• Direct reporting to executive management.
