General Manager K12 Education

We’re seeking a General Manager to develop and oversee a network of international institutions across Mexico and expanding LATAM, driving performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Lead regional strategy and operations across multiple sites. Build and manage cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance). Own P&L, budgeting, and financial performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safeguarding standards. Drive brand positioning and market development. Drive performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. 5+ years of experience in education leadership. Strong understanding of K12 education landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience with budgeting and financial planning. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements. Ability to travel up to 20%.
