You are responsible for:

• the operational and autonomous leadership of the entire hotel operation, as well as the coordination and monitoring of business processes and internal organization
• the development, pursuit, and implementation of goal-oriented business plans
• the analysis of monthly financial reports and forecasting
• caring for main customers with a large volume of annual room nights
• Network management to key stakeholders and partners

Teamführung

• Recruiting a team for two hotel products
• Employee planning and responsibility over the personnel budget
• Career development of leaders and employees in the hotel (annual identification of potential carriers and high performers, as well as support for their professional development for Accor)
• Establishment and implementation of an annual training plan for all employees

• Initiation and pursuit of all measures to maintain and develop the corporate identity, product standard, quality, and guest satisfaction in the hotel and with the brand
• Taking over public relations work and responsibility for the image of the hotels and brands at the location
