About the Role:

In this pivotal, hands-on leadership role, you’ll act as the key link between owners, clients, and your on-site team – aligning goals, strengthening relationships, and championing the Essence Hotels & Apartments brand at every touchpoint. This position is perfect for an experienced Front Office Manager (FOM) or Rooms Division Manager ready to step into a broader operational leadership role.

With a commitment to both financial performance and guest satisfaction, you’ll guide and inspire high-performing staff, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and continually elevate the property's reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing property team to deliver operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
• Optimise revenue, manage budgets, and maximise returns for investors and the business.
• Ensure the property meets the highest standards of service, presentation, and comfort for all guests.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, and key stakeholders, providing proactive communication and solutions.
• Act as a passionate advocate for Essence Hotels & Apartments, ensuring brand values are embedded in operations and guest interactions.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate hospitality leader with a proven track record of driving operational success. You will be a proactive problem solver and effective communicator, building trust and loyalty with guests, investors, and colleagues alike.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• A valid National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
• Valid & Current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence
• Proven commercial acumen with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset
• Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
