- We are seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to join a highly regarded, family-run restaurant group in the heart of Soho.

About the Role

- You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while balancing the operational, financial, and administrative responsibilities that come with managing a busy, high-profile site.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team against budgeted goals.
- Drive excellence in service standards and guest relations.
- Maintain and update seasonal wine and cocktail lists.
- Manage financial performance, including payroll, sales targets, and margin control.
- Ensure 5-star food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Oversee event bookings and private dining.
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing staff development.
- Build strong guest relationships, including discreet handling of high-profile clients.
- Proven track record as a General Manager in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.
- Experience in fine dining and strong food knowledge.
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine qualification.
- Deep understanding of wine, spirits, and seasonal British produce.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent administrative and financial management ability.
