General Manager Hospitality

We are building the future of an ambitious hospitality project and are looking for a General Manager to coordinate two locations with complementary identities. We are looking for an experienced leader, capable of transforming vision into results, developing high-performing teams, and offering a memorable guest experience.

• Coordinates and develops the operations of the two locations;
• Ensures the achievement of commercial, operational, and financial objectives;
• Leads and develops management teams and key personnel;
• Implements high standards of guest service and experience;
• Monitors performance through specific indicators and action plans;
• Identifies opportunities for growth, efficiency, and business development;
• Actively participates in the launch and consolidation of a new premium concept.

• Relevant experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitality, or HoReCa;
• Experience in coordinating teams and complex operations;
• Solid knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control;
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills;
• Performance, quality, and guest satisfaction orientation;
• Experience in opening or developing locations is an advantage.
