General Manager EMS

The General Manager EMS will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the electronics manufacturing facility based in Tecate. The GM will ensure efficient production, uphold quality standards, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven background in electronics manufacturing, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to management. The role requires a strong onsite presence and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: production planning, supply chain management, quality control, and process improvement. Additionally, the GM EMS should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
