General Manager: Issuer Regulation | Sandton | Permanent Shape market integrity at the heart of South Africa’s capital markets. Lead a high-impact regulatory team that safeguards credibility and drives continuous improvement. This role exists to create, influence, monitor, and apply Listings Requirements across equity, debt, and specialist securities. You will lead the Issuer Regulation agenda, ensuring compliant listings and continuing obligations while balancing commercial realities with robust risk management practices. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement.
