A REAL Management Traineeship

• The shortest way to a leadership position in the fastest-growing company in Europe, where you are operationally, commercially, and financially responsible from an entrepreneurial perspective;
• No specialist work and no outsourcing to clients; you will perform dynamic and varied work on different Eurofins locations
• The two-year program consists of four different projects, at least two of which will be focused on Business Development and Operations. • A professional work environment with plenty of room for your own initiatives, entrepreneurship, and opportunities for international follow-up steps;
• We strive to invest 10% of your time in your personal- and leadership development, which includes; following subject-specific- and skill-based training, on-the-job training, coaching from senior management, and peer review with other trainees.

Location: standplaats in Nazareth / Merelbeke, but willing to do 1 á 2 projects in the Netherlands. In consultation, relocate or remote work.
