Job description
We are looking for reliable, hardworking Labourers to join a range of projects across the Christchurch region.
We have opportunities across construction, civil, commercial sites, and general trades support, so if you’ve got a solid work ethic and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.
Around 1 year of labouring or site experience is ideal. We’re also interested in people with the right attitude who are keen to build experience and potentially work their way into a trade.

What we’re looking for
- Ideally at least 1 year of labouring, construction or similar hands-on experience
- Reliable and willing to turn up ready to work
- Full or restricted driver licence essential
- Your own reliable transport
- Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to work on your feet throughout the day and carry out the physical demands of labouring and construction work
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic hand tools are beneficial
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean Ministry of Justice check
- Must hold the legal right to work in New Zealand
