We're looking for a General Handyperson to join our team, responsible for performing various tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair of whitegoods and appliances. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hands-on work and enjoys working with their hands. Key responsibilities: • Installation, maintenance, and repair of whitegoods and appliances; • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the products we sell; • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers are satisfied with our services; • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and procedures; • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals. What we're looking for: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or trade; • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods; • Valid driver's license (if applicable); • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
