A well-known Construction Company is looking for an experienced General Foreman to join their teams in Gauteng and the Western Cape. If you have extensive experience with supervising various buildings projects and managing on site activities then we want to her from you. Role requirements : · 10-15 years industry experience across various buildings projects. · Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes and standards. · Relevant qualifications and certifications. Key responsibilities: · Supervise all site activities. · Manage site teams. · Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations. · Manage subcontractors. · Maintain quality control. · Prepare and submit progress reports. · Resolve site issues. · Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders.
