Job Title: General Engineering Supervisor - Mining Location: Northern Cape, South Africa Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Engineering Supervisor to join our team in the mining industry in the Northern Cape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and supervisory experience in a mining environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate the engineering department's daily activities, including maintenance, repairs, and installation of equipment; - Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards; - Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, technicians, and artisans; - Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production; - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
