To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented person as General Counsel / Syndikus Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) with a focus on corporate law and legal M&A transactions.

Aufgaben

• Legal guidance on corporate law issues (ongoing counseling of companies and organs) and contract law
• Accompaniment and legal guidance on M&A projects and other transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, particularly purchase agreements and transaction-related documents
• Counseling on legal disputes and coordinating external lawyers
• Tight cooperation with external advisors (lawyers, tax consultants, auditors)
• Legal analysis and implementation of complex economic situations

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in law and admission as a lawyer
• Multiple years of professional experience in corporate law, ideally with M&A relevance
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation confidence
• Very good German language skills, English language skills an asset
