General Counsel

We are seeking an experienced General Counsel / Head of Legal with a proven background in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) and Identity Verification (IDV) to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will oversee all global legal matters, providing strategic guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in financial services, SaaS contracts, compliance frameworks, and data protection. Key Responsibilities: Lead legal affairs and provide strategic guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues; Develop and implement legal strategies to support business objectives; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; Provide legal advice and support to the company's various business units; Manage and oversee the legal department's operations, including budgeting, staffing, and training; Ensure the company's legal affairs are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
