Job description
WHAT IS THE JOB?
- Maintain the safe preparation of food and beverage ingredients, including measuring temperature.
- Assist the chef in creating fresh home-style meals and serving them to customers.
- Prepare fresh ingredients using industrial knives safely.
- FOLLOW Dana Hospitality policies and standards as well as conform to workplace safety regulations and food sanitation/disinfection guidelines.
- Manage cash transactions for the cafeteria, enter customer orders accurately, receive payment while maintaining designated amounts in the cash register and ensuring adequate tracking of all transactions.
